The Hickory Elks are proud to offer you our completely remodeled 1st Floor event room. Your party will have its own private entrance accessible from the front Awning covered entrance to our building. This room has a maximum capacity of 150 persons. It is complete with a new Bar and window service. Central air and heat will insure the comfort of your guests no matter what time of the year. With the Central Stacked Stone fireplace this event room is not only beautiful but also a relaxing retreat for you and your guest. We have also provided the latest in audio and video equipment if you need that as well. Both Men’s and Women’s restroom facilities are handicap accessible.
This Rental guide will offer you a few suggestions to help you visualize your event. You may also want to consider having our staff cater your food needs for you as well. We regularly cook and serve meals for 100 plus persons. One of our house committee members will assist you in planning your perfect meal. Our cooking facilities are located on the second floor and your event coordinator will be happy to give you a tour of our kitchen if you desire. All beverage service must be through the Hickory Elks Lodge and must be served by one of our Bar staff. If you prefer to use another caterer for food we will work with them to coordinate this for you.
